[Fulltime/Parttime] Seeking a web developer and consultant to assist in PHP and WordPress (WP) projects

Must be available to start in the early weeks of October
Must be a team player
Must be trustworthy and performs duties with minimal supervision
Must be able to commit 20 hours of work per week
Can work upto 40-50 hours per week
Must report to our home office in Minglanilla
Must be experienced and capable in the tasks described below

Typical tasks may include:

--Customizing WP themes with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (using theme options, functions.php, and/or child themes as appropriate)
--Working with existing WP plugins, such as Member Mouse and Gravity Forms
--Examining documentation to select quality plugins for specific purposes
--Writing custom WP plugins and extensions for existing plugins
--Consuming API data to generate custom reporting solutions
--Consuming API data to integrate multiple services, such as MatrixLMS and Cyfe
--Using a custom database to improve performance and historic accuracy with API data from MatrixLMS (this database is already set up and pulling the relevant data through a daily CRON)
--Documenting bugs, solutions, and possible approaches with clear written communication

The ideal candidate will learn new systems and code libraries, evaluate and design possible solutions, implement approved solutions, and communicate clearly on both new and existing projects. This position requires creatively integrating multiple existing products written by other developers, and it is best suited to someone who can think "out of the box" while still respecting best practices in WP and API development.


Laptop and tools will be provided
Starting salary will be based on experience and skills you bring to the table.
Schedule is flexible, we can discuss your work schedule in the interview. (currently we look for who can do night shift 10pm-7am)
You can choose to work on Saturdays & Sundays (as long as you reach the 40 hours minimum requirement per week)
Can do overtime and will be compensated per hour
