For me. Duterte is really a good candidate but I won't vote for him. No one is above the law and his actions are neglecting this one.

1. Secular, we dont need a leader that can be dictated by religion or by its leader, we need someone who can work for the country and not for the church.
2. Walk the Talk, we need a leader that can walk the talk... and not just talk the talk...
