    Default 60-40 Shares of stocks


    Industrial Partnership in Business GOOD or BAD Idea?
    Well I have all the resources, Manufacturing firm in Korea Import/Export, Office in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu my area of coverage is the whole of SOUTHEAST ASIA, I cannot do it by myself, so I plan to open an opportunity to every everyone to engage in Industrial Partnership....
    I'm talking about the 60-40 sharing on net profit... Business GOOD or BAD Idea?

    It depends on how you choose your partner. By the way, are you a foreigner or local?

    Have you ever tried doing business by yourself? If so, think of all the hard decisions you had to lose sleep on. Then multiply that 200% (if you have 1 partner only).

    But this is from an entrepreneur whose never been beyond sole proprietorship. Maybe those that have tried incorporating with business partners (real ones not just dummy ones) here can tell you better.

    As for me, and given the nature of pinoys, this isn't the best of ideas. In the west however, they make it look so easy.

    Yes I tried by myself but the demand is much higher than I thought,

    Then that's a "good problem".

    Maybe try getting a loan or improve your system to accommodate the load.

    if you really want to get a partner, make sure you don't have the same skill sets. Find one that will fill your weakness. Worst thing you can do is to find a partner and the two of you try to squeeze every penny from one another.
