dili lagi ko kahimo ug account nga NONE PAYMENT ang method.. pa help unta ko ninyo sa mga nakabalo ako na gitry ang ghtag nga solution sa apple support pero dili man ghpon..

try this..

Download iTunes App (Desktop version, either from Mac or PC)
Launch iTunes and go to iTunes store, Search and buy a free app. (very critical to choose a free then get/buy it )

It should ask for an Apple ID.
Select create new account.
Follow the step, on the payment method there should be a "NONE PAYMENT" option.
