Good day ka istoryans,

I am planning to buy a second hand car. Actually naa na ko nakit an sa akong aunt nga car but I want to know unsay mga papers akong pangetaon? Unsa akong first buhaton? Then nagsabot me nga half lang usa nku ug bayad then ang katunga sa December pa. Ako plano is magwrite ko ug document nga magpamatoud nga nakadawat sila sa amount which is half for the downpayment sa car.

Please I need your advice.

Naa sa ako mind kay Deed of sale? How about OR/CR? Newbie pa ko I want to learn jud.

ask for the original o.r and cr.. deed of sale, with the photocopy of the id of the original owner,, then check the plate number sa LTO if naa ba nah mga penalties or reports para kung renew di au ka mamahalan
