This surely will create another doctrine. So any future lawmaker detained for Plunder, who reaches the age of 60 above can file a petition for bail motion due to humanitarian reasons. What a lousy, twisted Justice system!

This will give high hopes for Revilla and Estrada. Our taxpayers spend Millions for those hearings, and then they'll just bail out for quite a lousy reason.
