RED - Areas with DEAD TOUCH
(Touchscreen is not working in this area at all)

BLUE - Area with PARTIALLY DEAD TOUCH
(Touchscreen in this area sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. Happens randomly.)

The digitizer needs to be replaced (not the whole screen, just the digitizer).
Try contacting LG or other phone repair shops for the cost.
