As far as I know, it's not possible. You need to do a Win10 clean install for you to have a 64bit OS. .

There is absolutely no way to upgrade a 32bit OS to a 64bit OS without losing data (at least on Windows) for a few reasons:
    • Drivers
    • Programs
    • System Files
    • Previous Windows Update Patches

If your RAM is 4GB there's little to no reason in using 64bit, the only reason would be if you use programs which are exclusive for 64bit OS's.

If you decide that you want 64bit, your only option is to reinstall the entire Windows 7 installation to 64bit first and then upgrade to Windows 10 64bit. AND also you need to look for Drivers for your PC which are 64bit (32bit Drivers are compatible with 64bit and vice versa, although some Driver installation packages includes both 32 and 64bit drivers but they'll only install one version at a time). So if you have legacy devices which only has 32bit drivers (usually printers) you're out of luck.

and also make sure you have a genuine installation of Windows 7 for you to get the latest updates and activate(stock/clean version of Windows 10 is buggy)

No direct upgrade path but your Windows 10 license is valid for both 32-bit and 64-bit.

This is one of your option:
    1. Upgrade Win7 32-bit to Win10 32-bit
    2. Clean install to Win 64-bit

so bisag 32-bit ra imo Win7/Win8, pwede ra ka ka-switch to Win10 64-bit after the upgrade (and vice versa).
