To be honest, lisod na kaau mag all out war karon (like world war) compared sauna, with all the international laws, UN and the rules made under the Geneva Convention. If you're referring to the cold war between the US and the Soviet decades ago, in a sense, mao na ang nahitabo karon between China and US. War is being fought through economy. Moves and counter-moves.
