    Default Ankle Sprain Help


    Story: About 3 weeks ago, I sprained my ankle sa tkd training nako. Na-high kog pinatid then natumba nya na twist akong ankle. Di gyud ko maka barog nya gi try nako ga lakaw2x ko pira nag limping na ug sa dihang mga kauban namo na shock nga dali kuno kaayo nihubag nga sprain RA daw. kay lage sprain RA, I decided not to go home immediately and do some errands ug sa dihang nisakit na siyag maayo nga tanan tawo nitan-aw na nako ngano nag kiang ko. so mao to pag abot sa balay grabe ang pain nga di na gyud nako matugpa ang injured foot nako so I got my crutches (naa mi daan for precaution tungod sa akong activity) and then I applied ice and elevated the foot. mao to bisag mubarog lang ko mag ngol2x ang pain sa ankle nako to the point mag shagit2x ko but after 48 hours nagpa check up ko nya gitagaan kog tambal so nawa nang pain.

    I'm confused kay wa ko ingna unsa nga grade akong sprain kay ka search kos net naa kuno nay grade (I, II, III). Pero anang doctor 4- 6 weeks akong recovery time, which is according to the people on the internet is a grade II sprain. Pero mao sad lage ni way klaro daghan niana 4 - 6 weeks, naa puy 6 - 8, or even more. Plus nay uban grade II daw and they can walk after one week. In my case it's different.

    Now, 3 weeks na and still using crutches. I can now move my toes, and have little range of motion sa ankle. Makabarog na pud ko pero awkward kaayong position and hadlok ko mu take ug step. Makalakaw na ba kaha gyud ko ani? Or is it just I'm afraid to bear weight on it?

    I really need answers right now because I missed 3 weeks worth of classes now kay among skwelahan bukid man gud (makahibaw ra mo asa by reading this hehe) nga akong klase naa ras ubos na building pero 4th floor pud nya naa koy klase sa one of the bldgs sa taas sa school bisag mag shuttle lisod kaayo. Kaduha na ko natumba just going to my classes so gi prohibit sa kos skwela for fear nga masamot akong injury or mapun-an.

    recovery gyud boss depends sa imo body estimate gyud na nila dli mana exact kay different conditions... college days had a severe one 3 weeks dli ko lakaw had to take an exam pa swelling went to my toes up to mid part sa shin nya violet na bruise on the ankle itself up the toes.. Just keep in the cold and warm compress para mo wala ang hubag just take pain reliever kng dli madala ang pain. Rest it up para maka heal imo body. Ikaw makahibaw gyud when nimo ma butangan ug weight kng dli pa gud don't push it kay mosamot... Abot pa gani ko AS building clase sa una sus nya bati pato ang dalan sa amo time.... around the 4th week ko at till na butangan ug weight... mga 2-3 months to fully heal naka ma dagan na gyud na wala pain..

    bug-at sad kog lawas gud pirti sang gubaa sa tiil pagka tumba nako ato hehe
    hopefully ayo na ni next week tawn. so far maka tuyok2x ra ko gamay sa akong ankle without pain pero hubag gyud gihapon siya kaayo.

    Pag-R2, medyo mahal lang pero naa koy friend na naa siya kaila naay problem sa arm and was informed sa iya therapist na weeks pa daw ang agion para mu-okay balik iya arm pero that person tried R2 and in less than a week okay na siya. na-surprised pa iya therapist kay dali ra siya naayo.

    Food supplement ang R2, basically genes and gi-igo for repair.

    Sa ingon ani dlang jud kompyansa anang sprain mas mayo jud
    ma x-rayhan basin nay fracture, better consult a physician.

    go for physical therapy or kaha a chiropractor. but prsonally, wa ayo koy bilib anang PT. nausik lang ako oras paggamit sa insurance nya after 10 sessions ala japon nawala. mao tong pag.recur sa akong lumbar pain last feb 2015 ni lahos na kog chiro.

    temporary ra na nga remedy ang mg.inom ug tambal.
