The second picture provided proves that the position of the lunar module (youtube video) when the picture was taken is wrong. It proves that the first picture was taken few minutes before landing. It proves that the earth is below the line of sight of the astronuts. But since the moon is in synchronous rotation, meaning that it keeps the same face toward Earth at all times, the earth should be above the astronuts.
