Is there a problem with the smart mobile internet connection right now??

Got an unlimited mobile internet monthly plan Smart. So far paspas ako connection if 4g/LTE connection naa but if naa ko sa non LTE/4G area wlay net connection akong H/HSPA and H+/HSPA+ connection. Unlike sa ako globe before na bsag H and H+ kay pas2x rman. Sa smart is literally wai connection or very slow. Cant even load facebook or having a hard time loading Google.com angH ad H+ sa smart

so if ang ako signal makuha is H or H+ hinay kayo ang smart ana?? sa globe na H and H+ na signal pas2x man, maka facebook pman pero hinay ang youtube. Sa smart na H and H+ na signal kay bsag google dugay kayo mo load
