Trial and Error.
Take 500 calories from your TDEE
If your TDEE is at 2,500... Try eating 2,000 a day with Exercise(Lifting would be best to preserve muscle). Monitor the weight scale.
You need to eat 3x a day with correct food proportions.
kato na learn nako is calculate sa imu BMR then i.add ang imu activity factor (I think naai calculator sa google) then minus 20%
download myfitnesspal nga app.. gamit kaayo siya sa pag manage sa macro nutrients
Sayon - increase your protein intake to preserve muscle mass. Double daw the daily protein intake recommended nimo based on your age, height and weight. Check it online. Just Google, naay daghang resources imo mabasa.
I take whey protein before and after my training. Sometimes after ra, aron to prevent muscle loss. Recommended daw na you take 1g protein for every pound sa imo weight. So if 150 lbs ka, 150 g of protein daw imo i-ingest. But if kusog ka mo exercise etc, maybe take 300g of protein daily (via food or supplements).
If you're into bodybuilding & want to bulk up, I heard di daw ka dapat mag sige ug cardio exercises kay mogamay/hiyos jud ang muscles. Thats why runners aren't big, mga marathoners kay wangkig jud. Di man ka modako kung kusog ang cardio.
There's this champ bodybuilder I met nga di daw to sigeg run or cardio exercises kay mabawasan iya muscle mass.
But if you are into sports and just want to preserve muscle mass or igo igo ra nga muscle mass imo gusto, not like bodybuilders, just double your protein intake if you do a lot of training. And include strength training in your regimen too. Bow.
@desiderata: bro naa ka ma suggest on protein source nga baratu? medjo dako2x man gud ko.. and mag lisod ko stock on protein![]()
