i rarely use lipstick. but if i do, i apply it over my lipgloss. so, lipgloss, then lipstick. pilit kaayo ang lipstick gud. try it, better kesa outer ang gloss.

Best lipgloss for me is MAC & Lancome Juicy tubes. Nice pud ang Revlon Superlustrous gloss & Face shop if on the budget..

it depends.
i use gloss mainly for moisture and not for the sparkle/shine.
it has a different touch than just plain lipstick or lipstick over gloss.
i use lancome lipsticks and for gloss i prefer revlon.
