I'd choose Cebu Doctor's hospital over Chong hua. Disappointed ko sa emergency service nila.

Anybody maka compare sa atong 2 top dogs sa top 10 list? Murag tan-aw nako makasulod gyud dapat ang 1 aning duha pero ambot unsay dapat mapulihan.

Na disappoint kos uban NURSES sa Chong Hua kai daghan na kau negligence ako na dunggan. Na experience pud na sa mother ug pag'umangkon sa ako friend. Na disppoint pud kos SOTTO - ER NURSES. Not therapeutic!
