    write down your need for your NAS server. if you just want the basic, NAS4Free will do or even the basic config of FreeNAS... gamit nko dri kay FreeNAS 8.3.0 ra man then basic config ra. purpose nya kay plain and simple NAS. kun gusto ka'g bells & whistles, install the lastest FreeNAS version (9.3) then utilize those available Jails for greater functionality...

    and oh, be sure to use an Intel Gigabit NIC for your FreeNAS box... nice ang support sa FreeBSD ani nya... you'll really appreciate the gigabit speed (TX & RX) on intel based Gigabit NICs...
