ACCOUNTANT / CPA
(Day - Shift)
Job Description:
Prepare client documents - client agreements and other forms as required as a part of the onboarding process
Update CRM program with leads
Follow a checklist of tasks which need to be completed for client onboarding
Learn and then update and maintain our CRM/job costing program.
Create Google forms
Create documents and procedures as required
Research new products/programmes we could utilise
Learn to process receipts for the practice in Receipt Bank
Research for topics to be posted on Facebook - eventually taking over the Facebook page - posting, making comments etc
Assist with writing info for updating website
PowerPoint presentations
Eventually for the right person – confirming appointments with clients, making calendar entries and answering basic queries from clients.
Nice to have Skills:
Xero experience, Client is willing to train.
Experience with updating websites (Wordpress/HTML skills), Ability to update the website.
Experience with social media maintenance (E.g. Facebook account).
Required Skills:
Honesty, loyalty, reliability, friendly, team player. I envisage this role growing and expanding as the right person learns more about the business and mutual trust and respect is developed. I am looking for an Executive assistant whom I can rely upon.
At least 1-2 years or more professional office experience: background in the Accounting/Bookkeeping industry; Executive Assistant/PA abilities
Familiarity with at least MYOB and/or other accounting packages
Knowledge with CRM
Strong Experience Google Drive - Docs (documents, spreadsheets and especially forms)
Excellent English skills (Written and Spoken)
Excellent telephone manner
And most importantly the ability to accurately follow instructions
Willingness to learn and ability to learn fast
MS Office
