This man, Petronio Rojas of Carcar Cebu was admitted to the ICU of Chong Hua Hospital last Saturday, May 30, 2015 - he passed out because of too much sugar content in his blood. ICU costs 30,000.00 a day and he was scheduled for angiogram which costs another 60,000.00.
