Room is good for 4 person, but I want to maintain comfortability so I am only looking for 1 person. Located in Brgy. Banilad, Pinetree on a 3-storey new building. With provided double deck with Foam, veranda, laundry area and own CR.

Room is 6K per month exclusive of electricity (submeter) and water @ 150.

Your share is 2k per month. Electricity will be equally devided to us.
