Assistance and Tips for Carwash business

I have my own lot located at Talisay right across Kia Motors. I'm planning to open up a carwash because to my advantage I don't need to rent. I will probably start with 4 bays and a ramp for under chassis wash plus a airconditioned waiting lounge with tv and wifi. What are your inputs guys?

Tips, sources of carwash supplies, or any advice you can offer.

Any help would be appreciated.

costly na siguro kaayo kung mag butang pa ka lounge with aircon wifi tv. nindot siguro if naa kay foodcart or something. shake stand. para chibog2 ug pabugnaw imo customer while waiting sa ilahang sakyanan ma limpyo. para sa akoa lang pud na if naa koy carwash.

okay raman siguro naa wifi...bring your own gadgets naman mga tao ron haha...as for supplies I think there is one in Labangon that sells some na barato lang(since repacked or something...and murag naa sila posts dito sa istorya)

I agree with Ron na naa ka cart or anything para extra income, kahit sari2 store pwede na...just a tent will do...just see that carwash near starmall for reference

I myself is a car enthusiast so I know how I want my car to be cleaned and how to achieve customer satisfaction. The heat these days will definitely affect the customers mood and patience. In my waiting lounge i'm planning to sell softdrinks and junkfood and a little bit of accesories. I'm starting with a carwash and if it attracts a lot of customers, I will expand to automotive detailing.

With the price and customer service I will offer I think I will be able to compete with known carwash establishments.

I have an extra aircon and tv. Probably more on junkfoods and coke/pepsi products and free coffee for every package wash

Hi sir. I have a friend who already has a carwash. It might be an advantage for you if you solicit partners for the plan to lessen your cost and lessen the risk.

my business plan will push through and will be open next month. Now i need assistance on BIR & business permit etc. should i hire a book keeper? and for those who were asking about the expense, right now from ground up development sa ako car wash, i have currently spent around 500k.

Mutake ra og 5-10 mins ako demo kay kahibaw ko precious kaayo inyong time. Kong maka allocate kag time nko sir, I would really appreciate it. This is also a way to expose our brand.
