Bought this at istore Sm City Cebu last March 13,2015 as shown on the receipt in the picture. Definitely waterproof coz i used this on our trip in Kalanggaman Island and Malapascua last april took some very decent underwater shots without any water getting inside the phone.
You can even water test it just to be sure.
