see your doctor, usually, artificial tears nga product e prescribe sa imoha. and don't forget to blink when you're using the gadgets. staring too much on lcd screens is bad for your eyes

i have dry eyes too labi na kaliton ug open akong mata nya in deep sleep pa sya.. sakita lagi murag gitusok ug dagum magsge ra ug luha.. makahilak ko sa kasakit nya dugay pajud maopen fully ako mata.. ako buhaton ikatug balik.. di nalng sa pugson.. nya pag ok na eyedrops lang dayon (moisturizer) lang sa mata..
