bro theres a section at vehicles forums which is also about fiberglassing. although it's mostly vehicle parts/accessories fabrication, you'd surely learn alot from them... you can also find links to other sites there...

no you got me wrong mga bro what im trying to establish is the science of fiberglass making,the steps and the materials needed.I intend for this post to be a useful for starters(like me) and amateurs who can't afford to the high price of buying pre fabricated fiberglass.So for you out there please post your technical know how.Good day!

resin has 3 classifications, regular resin such as premix polyclear or polylite, more rigid resins are available in the market.
Mold making resins are called isothalic resin, this is more rigid and more lasting than your ordinary resin like polylite.
Higher grade resin are vinyl ester and expoxy based resins which are hard to find and a bit expensive for hobbiest.
