No lan internet pero Ok ang wifi naay connection

Mga bro, kinsay nakasugat ani nga scenario... Sa company ni nga problem namo... Ang local internet connection kay dead jud pero ang wifi ok ra.... Kung e ping out ang router default address 192.168.0.1 >>>> latency is less 1 ms.
Pero ang primary ug secondary dns kung e ping out wa jud. Ang mga workstation mga around 20 to 25... Bisan 3 tracert wa jud.

Ok ra ang WAN bro.
Pero kung mo gamit ka smartphone as modem na nakalink up sa wireless router (BUFFALO Airstation) ok ra naay net. Pero kung gamiton nimo ang cp nga dili modem walay connection. Krn pa me kasugat ani.....

Kung mag-LAN mo bah, try daw og ping google.com and see if maka-ping ba jud or dili.

Side question, unsa nga anti-virus inyo gamit?
Can you check sa "firewall" portion. Kay basin gi-restrict sa inyong antivirus ang LAN internet.

Ga-gamit ra ko og AVG diri. Ang ilang Internet Security kay mo-restrict sa connection (pag-update) unless imong usbon. The same happened to my officemate nga gagamit og Avast. Na japon sa firewall.

Ge localhost ping naku ok ra < 1ms unya kung mo ping out sa any website wala gyud.

Ang kahibudngan nlng kay ngano naay connection ang smartphone as modem naa may connection.
Pero kung gamiton ang cp nga dili as modem kay walay connection nga ma receive.

Pero base sa tracert sa globelines nga g send krn lng ok ra ang ilang findings... 0 packetloss


G ping out naku tanan workstation sa modem. It appears ok ra < 1ms jud

Kana imong cellphone Boss bah, dili kaha naka-3G or 4G na, maong naay internet connection?
Kay if not working ang internet sa wifi network, adto ra ba na mokuha sa 3G or 4G nimo. (patay... ang bill ana)

Try lang kuno og unplug tanan then isolate Boss. Meaning, start ka sa ISP :
1... ISP modem(?) direct
2... equipment 2 (connected to 1...)
3... equipment 3 (connected to 1... & 2...)
4... equipment 4 (connected to 1... & 2... & 3...)

...and so on...

Aron ba ma-pin-point ang issue. Kay setup-wise, mura'g ok man.
Basin faulty LAN socket or loose crimping lang ang issue bah.

Make sure lang jud nga imong cables kay OK.
Kay basin noon og loose crimping ra na or nagbalibali ang wires.
