If you were to revise the current Philippine Constitution what would you put in there? Let's hear it istoryans.

Change from Presidential to Parliamentary, from Unitary to Federal, still bicameral ang setup

2. Reduce the number of Senators and Congressmen
3. Death Penalty
4. No income tax for people earning below 10k per month. But increase tax for the rich.
5. Lastly, mao ni pinaka importante---> Remove ABS-CBN and GMA, and replace with CNN, NBC, FOX, Discovery, History Channel. These shows will make Filipinos a bit smarter in the future.

I could say more focus and emphasis on the electoral side side and enforce FOI, we have to open up how the personalities in the government manage the country and make the people do the ultimate decision of who's appropriate. We could not move forward as long as these corrupt officials keeps on decaying the foundations of the nation through being smart in corrupting and not really serving. In addition the presidential cabinet should be decided by the people not by the President.

First I would also like to remove taxes for people who earn below 10,000. Increase taxes to millionaires
Second give more power to the agriculture sector since the Philippines is still an agricultural country and so that farmers won't lost their livelihood.
Third implement severe penalty to drug-users, pushers and maker (Filipino and Foreigners alike)
Fourth Absolutely Free Public Education for all, K - 12.
Fifth No more political dynasties. Strict law and implementation.
Lastly Severe punishment and implementation of laws against graft and corruption.

Constitutional revision should be done in the Philippines.

- limit to only 5 same last name in ANY government agency...not limited to the SAME DEPARTMENT...
- current government worker who plans to run for ANY office should resign on their current position and CANNOT go back to it after the election (i guess this is an existing law)
- 5,000 pesos and above PROVEN corruption record should be punishable by death to preferred barbaric death penalty
- minimum of a master's degree in politics/economics/law/etc...minimum IQ requirement...
- minimum IQ requirement for voters
- minimum tax deduction within the voting year
- previous government-owned companies be given back to the government

- install a microchip in everyone's brain that will provide a ZING whenever one violates simple laws like crossing a No Jaywalking...pina-Mission Impossible...

Remove the forced 60/40 equity restrictions against foreign investments and allow 100% foreign equity at all sectors except in national defense. Transfer the ownership of subsoil natural resources from national to regional government. Allow foreigners to practice professions. Allow foreign investment in media.

Adopt the Switzerland model of confederation. Allow the regions to dictate their own educational, cultural, health, and other internal affair policies. Federal government should be responsible in defense, monetary, and international investment policies.

Adopt the Westminster parliamentary system. Adopt the instant run-off balloting like in Australia so that every MPs come from mainstream parties not from fringe ones. Regions should have their own three senators with six year term each with unlimited reelection.

Remove the anti-nuclear and foreign military base clauses so that the Philippines can make nuclear weapons against China and have the United States again stand military bases in the country to contain China.

Upgrading the Commission on Human Rights into a constitutional commission.

Adopt jus soli principle of citizenship so that those who children whose both parents are foreigners can be considered Filipino by birth.

Establish a constitutional court that would interpret cases related to constitution instead of having the SC to interpret it alone.

Add divorce and same *** marriage provisions.

Decrease the voting age limit to 16 so that SK would be obsolete.

Remove Tagalog aka "Filipino" as national language and let regions to dictate their respective language policies. Have English and Spanish as common language for the archipelago and be instructed in schools from kindergarten to senior high school.

Adopt flat tax form of taxation instead of the present progressive ones.
