I Know IT is seeking an experienced B2B Telemarketing Sales Executive to join our Cebu team.
I Know IT is a business consultancy that provides technology solutions to small and midsize Australian companies including cloud computing services, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, hardware and software, Internet and voice over IP telephone systems.
As a B2B Telemarketing Sales Executive you will be responsible for contacting prospects to generate appointments and leads for the CEO and sales specialists of the company. Your experience in B2B sales will prove beneficial as you gather pertinent information from the prospect in order for a successful sale to be made.
Backed up by a team of specialists in IT consulting with a rock solid computer system and pin drop quality phone system you will be well equipped for success and working directly with the CEO and constantly challenged and rewarded in your exciting new role.
Your Experience
You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Business to Business (B2B) sales.
You will have experience in lead generation, appointment setting and customer service with a proven track record of achieving sales growth
Your experience will ideally be through working directly with Australia, New Zealand or United Kingdom employers and their prospects
You will have a firm grasp of written and spoken English and have no problem understanding and responding to an Australian accent
Your experience was ideally obtained in a technology sales role
Ability to work both from a script as well as adapt your script to suit the style of the prospect you are calling
Responsibilities
Generate a list of suitable prospects in Australia (particularly the East Coast of Australia) by conducting lead mining exercises as well as working from an existing prospect list
Conduct outbound sales calls with the primary objective of setting an appointment for the CEO or an I Know IT sales representative
Manage the CEOs Outlook calendar
Meticulously document prospect status in a database and routinely follow up prospects who may be interested in our services
Document exact requirements of the prospects including size of company, decision makers, revenue, immediate requirements and possible long term requirements
Participate in regular sales meetings to understand the business goals, products and marketing campaigns
Stay familiar with new technology particularly cloud computing, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Google Apps, types of phone services and internet services on offer in the Australian market
Additional/Ancillary Responsibilities
Participate in the companys evolving marketing efforts i.e. Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, blog and other social media activities
Participate in team ops meetings to understand whats happening in the company and how that might help your prospecting
Conduct prospecting activities on social media outlets such as LinkedIn whatever it takes to set qualified appointments for the organisation
Update the company CRM

I Know IT is a business consultancy that provides technology solutions to small and midsize Australian companies including cloud computing services in particular Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint,
Hardware and Software, Internet and Voice Over IP Telephony systems.
As a valued member of our team you will be responsible for cloud migrations, supporting cloud based systems within I Know ITs private and hybrid cloud infrastructure and Microsoft Azure and providing escalation support to your peers and colleagues. Your Skills and Experience
5 Years demonstrated expert knowledge of virtual IT environments based on HyperV or VMWare
2 Years demonstrated expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Azure and/or AWS administration and implementation
Expert level understanding of network environments including provisioning and maintenance of firewalls, DNS and DHCP
Deep expert level understanding of Active Directory
Deep expert level understanding of Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Certifications in the following areas: Server, Exchange, SQL
Experience working in a Level 2 or Level 3 role as an escalation point for Windows/Network related causes
Automatous, flexible and self motivated with an ability to remain calm through complex issues
Positive and energetic
Strong verbal communication, preferably experience working with Australian or British companies
Highly professional written communication exceptional understanding of the English language
Responsibilities
Plan and execute the migration of Microsoft applications to cloud, specifically Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, AD and Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008 and 2012
Configure and migrate files and email from on-premise to Microsoft Office 365
Provision and configure virtual cloud IT environments
Provision and configure physical and virtual network environments
Manage and maintain virtualised/cloud IT environments based on VMWare and HyperV
Provide escalation support to team members in a non-traditional Level 1/2/3 escalation process
Documentation of all key IT systems
Keep a detailed timesheet of your daily activities
Provide mentoring and support to junior staff
Additional/Ancillary Responsibilities
Participate in network design, pre-sales activities and product development
Participate in the companys evolving marketing efforts i.e sharing in blogs, social media and other marketing efforts
Maintain customer records accurately
Communicate routinely through company chat platforms and meetings
