    Default Is it possible to have 1 Month Vacation if you have a JOB? If so how do you ask permission?


    What bother's me is that I do not want to be Limited in only having a vacation in the Philippines.

    Ganahan sad ko maka larga else where. And for that, I need a long vacation for the spending to be worth it.

    Lets say 1 month ta Vacation, Unsaon ninyo ug pananghid sa company?

    Pila ka number of VLs ang allowable sa inyo company? Dba usually between 10-15 days? If let's say 10 days, pwede man cguro nga ang the rest of 20days unpaid leave or LWOP (leave without pay).

    Mananghid ko una sa manager para ma-transition og sakto akong trabaho, para naay mo-take over sa akong duties and task.

    Sa last meeting namo is we only have Leave of 10 days. New pa amo company pud.

    Take a leave without pay - make sure lang maka cover ka ana imong unpaid leave kay mostly ma short ra ba jud ta ana da tsk2...

    Lisud kaau nang to have one month vacation sa work bisag naa kay 15 days leave with pay, ang mga employers kay maghuna.huna ug tugtan ba ka musuccessive leave. kay basin way makapuli sa imu gibuhat, ang longest required leave kay 2 months leave pag hapit na ka manganak. aside from that its impossible to have a one month leave.

    Sus kanindot guro tugtan ka ug 1 month vacation with paid pa jud.

    Sa atoa dri kay tag 5 - 10 days ra jud tawn atong leave.

    Ang ubang kay naa silay 1 month with paid vacation. May unta mo regulate pud atong government anang 1 month vacation leave.. hehehe

    Sa una sa ako previous employer, nag 2 months leave ko, unya nag freelance ko sa lain company. OK ra man, nag request ra ko sa tag-iya. Ang ako present employer nahulog halos 1 month paid leaves per year, pero morag di siguro mosugot ang tag-iya nga tingubon kay malugi sila...

    Let me guess... part ni sa imong bucket list ?


    The only employer nga mo-allow og ingon-ana kadugay nga bakasyon is ang gobyerno ra. Indefinite pa gani is ok sa uban...

    In the private sector, unless you are the owner or directly connected to the owner, mura'g dili jud ka ana tugtan. But you can always try to ask your Boss and find out.

    Or basin pwede if... imo ikuyog imong Boss on your vacation!

    Depende na sa company rules TS

    Depende if reasonable imong purpose then depende pod sa company, specially sa inyong line of work.

    Kung travel2x lang, then naa kay accumulated VLs, then the company might allow you to do so. If for educational purpose unya related ra sa imong work, pwede ka sugtan ana, usually naa pod ka pirmahan nga MOA.
