Need Advise: Video Card Upgrade

Mga master good PM. Mangayo lang ta kog advise kung unsa ikarecommend ninyo na video card upgrade sa ako unit. Kanang dili kaayo mahal pero sulit pud. Mao ni ang current specs sa board ug sa vid card:

Intel i7
ASUS p8h61m Motherboard
Palit Daytona GT640 128Bit DDR3

Depende ra jud na sa imong resolution boss, unsa imo monitor?

Unsa man imo mga application gi gamit? Is this PC only for browsing, research2 lang, streaming videos, etc?

Highest reso sa ako monitor is 1360x768 only but plan sad ko mag upgrade in the near future. For gaming and office purposes mainly. Siguro pinaka bug-at na ako maduwaan is nba 2k14, dota2 GTA pero pangandaman sad unta for the future.

For other games imo duwaon, and for future proof since 1360x768 rman imo resolution and if you plan to play NBA 2k15 then ako ma recommend na GPU nimo is, GTX 750ti... naay namaligya Zotac GTX 750Ti sa Nutech cost you 7K PHP.. And by the way, imong Intel i7 is just overkill for mid games and for office use only..

Mas sulit ang imohang build if mag upgrade ka to 1080p monitor with GTX 960/970 GPU. .

If ako pa but-on 1080p monitor + 900 series GTX (maybe 960 or 970). Sakit lang sa bulsa pero sulit kay i7 naman na imong proc.

compatible ra na isla sa ako mobo? ako proc is i7 3770k ra man gud 2nd hand ra napalit diri ra pud sa istorya. dili ni cia katong mga haswell ron.

^ utongi' ni kay ning sulod man ka's passion... change your mobo w/ a Z77 chip set based, then upgrade your CPU cooler then PSU (if needed) then OC your rig... for the GPU, get the GTX 970... kun mahalan ra ka, wait for the 960 Ti kun ma release pud ni.. kun dili, a 960 will do but kun ako, i'll look for a 2nd hand GTX 760, 770, 670 or 680 then i'll OC the GPU... you can check AMD's offering too on the GPU... you'll be all smiles after your upgrade and will still want for more... tuwingwingwing... fact ni sya sa PC DIY... you need a powerful gamiong gig kun mo upgrade ka'g FPS games na GFX intensive... for you current games, you just need a descent mid level GPU... your i7 is an over kill... gawas ang productivity apps nimo mo gamit sa power sa i7 like mag video editing ka...

It doesn't matter if it's Haswell or you're using an Ivy bridge proc, as long as your mobo has a PCI-E slot where you can put your GPU in (of course naa na imong mobo ana).

Btaw as you mentioned you have i7-3770k but you are using an h61 mobo, dli jd ni nimo ma gamit ang imong i7 unlocked CPU, cpu's with "K" are for overclocking purposes, if I were on your side, i will sell i7-3770k and get an Intel i3 Ivy bridge CPU and spend my extra bucks on my GPU..
