While the internet has leveled the playing field for businesses, it has also exposed us to the risk of engaging unscrupulous, unreliable, and untrustworthy suppliers. So if you have unpleasant experiences with service providers, let the public know so that they will not be victimized with bad service.

I engaged them for the trip of my foreign guests to Oslob April 11. Our agreement was that they should be at Crown Regency Fuente at 3:30 a.m. so that the party can leave by 4:00 a.m. The first van arrived at 4:10 a.m(40 minutes late). The 2nd van arrived at 4:34 a.m.(1 hour and 4 minutes late), and the 3rd and last van arrived at 4:45 a.m(1 hour and 15 minutes late).
In particular, these were the vans with plate numbers VFR 730, GXK 453, aand CCE 344
You can imagine how mad my guests were. Their trip leaders were Americans and you can imagine how Americans are very particular about time. My guests were already berating me by 4 a.m., you could imagine how embarrassing and humiliating it is for me to stand there with my guests outside the hotel for more than 1 hour hold-up because CEPUDCO-MPC Drivers were late. And I was berated in full view of hotel staff and the general public who were around the vicinity.
To appease my foreign guests, I had to spend for extra concessions which was not part of the contract I signed with my client. But despite the extra concessions, the impression that the drivers were late were never erased. No matter how good their experiences were, the guests will always have the impression that the vans were late the first time.
They won't even bother to give us any rebate us for the huge trouble they caused us. I was ultimately the one who shouldered the extra expenses for their unprofessionalism, untrustworthiness, unreliability and arrogance.
