    Default boarding house business


    Hi all,

    I am planning to put up a boarding house business. Mga 4 rooms lang sa...i would like to ask for your inputs kung pla kaha magasto ana...simple lng na room no need i.tiles bsta naa lang bintana nya cr each room..ok ra walai pintal lang sa..nahan unta ko moask ninyo if naa moy idea pila kaha magasto ana? And if naa moy nailhan asa ko makaloan.. Mga 200k cguro? Ok naba na? naa koi car na pwede i.collateral if needed. Pla jud kaha magasto ana?

    Dli aq.a @the jackal...mga 150k pwede na kaya? Simple lang jud unta kanang mapuy an lang nya naai cr kaugalingn...

    Assuming nga "detached" ni, dili sulod or partition sa imong kaugalingon balay...

    It's best to start it out nalang Madam Pink.
    To minimize on cost, one roof lang for all of them. Nya partition to 4 separate rooms.
    Start with 2 rooms. Then if naa na income, padayon dayon to the remaining rooms.

    Sa ako Uncle nga paabangan, P150k is one 1-bedroom type nga detached balay made of 50% concrete lang. Pero ang CR is separate and common, 5 ka paabangan in one CR/Bathroom.

    Aq plan ingn ani nlng, ihinay hinay lang naq ug tukod...first is 2 lang sa cguro...common ang cr sa duha lang ka rooms nya hinay hinay sa tukod sa uban kung makabawi bawi...

    Asa kaha barato nga makapalit ug materials like cement, sin para ato, plywood ug uban pa?

    And unsa mas maayu? Pakyawon ang panday? Or per day ang bayad sa panday? Enough na guro na ang duha ka panday mohimo sa? Ang isa ana kay helper lang..pla sad kaha ang bayad ana sa per day? Or kung pakyawon...nahan lang ko magka idea para dili ko malugi...and makabarato ko..

    maayo if naay mobantay sa ilang trabaho nga kamao2x pud
    - pra dili mag inday2x kay ang tendency mag hinay2x if per day
    - if pakyaw, paspasan sad na nila og trabaho pra dali mahuman pero usahay bati na ang quality.
    @jackdi
    nindot ra ang pagka-trabaho sa b-haws sa imo uncle? basi pwede maka-refer sa panday, electrician, mason, etc.
