    Question:

    1. Asa ko makapa ayu ani?

Electrical walay sender nga apil,, so d ko kabaw unsaon pag DYI..

But as much as possible, i want to retain the original gauge kay d ko gnahan magbutang ug gauge sa akong dashboard.. Mura tag racer.. Hehe

Other than the coil of wire and plastic holder, kanang sa left side front nga brown glass packed item with a blue stripe, it looks like a diode. You can check with a multimeter at resistance settiing if that diode is shorted or open by disconnecting one of its side.

There`s nothing wrong with your in dash meter, it`s supposed to be like that if there`s no resistance on the thermistor, it`s the connection going to the thermistor (cut open) blame the mouse or rat hehe or the thermistor itself broken (cut open) mounted on the side of your engine`s cylinderhead... the thermistor varies resistance 1.2K if room temp. 500 ohms if engine hot and running
