    Paid 15% of the total amount of the condo ( ill check the total price around ₱1,497,000)
    Loanable bank is 1,257,000 (excluding transfer fee of 90K to be shoulder by the buyer) already have electric and water.
    Area: 22Sqm (5th floor, room M, tower 2)
    Selling Price as of this time is already 2.1m
    price above is negotiable but be reasonable
    I don't entertain lowballers
