Hi Istoryans, i am looking for apartment or room for rent nga duol sa lahug or ayala. My budget is 3-5k(can be stretch if apil na ang tubig kuryente, ok ra sad wala akoy magprovide own meter) depende sa kadak-on.

Kung pwd mao ni ang condition:
pwd matauran ug aircon(kay akong dal-on akong aircon)
good for 2(me and my wife) but pwd bisita kay usahay among 2 years old na anak is mubisita sa city.
clean and quiet place kay cge ra mi katulog hehe(both of us nagwork)
with own cr if mahimu
makalaba & luto(naa koy portable stove)
accesible sa PLDT kay ako ipatransfer sad ako fon n internet.

reason for looking: nagrent mi karon sa la guardia lahug, pero napansin nako murag mga gabok na ang mga kahoy na parts and uso karon ang sunog, kuyaw kay wala mi pirmi sa among room. then looking mas dako lugar
