START UP BUSINESS and Business Permit Queries

Hi Istoryans,

I'm planning to put up a photography studio near our place. I know for sure that I will be needing a business permit. My questions are:

1. Do I need to have a registered business name?
2. For the business name, DTI or SEC?
3. What's the first step in securing a business permit?
4. How much [estimate] would it cost for applying a business permit and registering a business name?

If I would have somebody secure all those stuff for me since I can't go out of the office, how much would they charge me?

to complete registration process you need a business name , mo apply ka ani sa dti but first thing to do is apply for a business permit sa city hall, pangayo didto sa requirements (listahan) naa na diha ang steps, sa magasto, mo depende na sa i declare nimo nga starting capital, 5 to 10k, kon mag pa process lang ka, sa mga freelancers around 500 to 1k, sa mga established book keeping co.mahal ila but usually mga big co. ila clients.
