Monthly Amortization for 24 months : 4999
Lump sum on the June 2016 : 48885
Monthly Amortization on 25th to 36th month : 7499
Transfer Fee : 80654.99
Already paid 12 months. I will no longer charge for the downpayment as this is urgent sale since I am already working in Manila.

The payment scheme i availed is with lump sum option.

Ang kanang payment scheme mahulog na na equity/downpayment. On the third year if maturnover na ang unit, naa kay option if imo sya ifinance through bank or pagibig. Pwede sad inhouse. Projected building completion is next year. But ang nakanice ani niya na setup is, dili magdungan imong payment sa equity and amortization. Kay dili pud nila iturnover ang unit unless nahuman na ka bayad sa equity. Originally Posted by ainjug
