    To be honest there is no quick way to lose weight. Hard work and sacrifice is KEY. Calorie out must exceed calorie in, in a safe manner.

    Try eating every 3-4hours of small meals. But still make 3 important meals like breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    Substitute Rice for whole wheats and Kamote.

    To lose fat, you need calorie deficit, meaning you eat less than what your caloric daily requirement is, tdee. You need to compute what your tdee is, and know your macros. Daghan kag articles, website magoogle on how to compute this. Now, once you have the numbers, make sure that you stick to your calorie deficit. Spread out your meal into 4-6 meals a day para di ka mag binge eating. To track your calories, use MyFitnessPal, gamit kayo na sa pag ihap sa imong calories.

    There is no easy or fast way to do this safely... now to aide your diet, you also need to do cardio to burn more calories, and signal your body to use those stored fats. You can do steady state (jogging), or high intensity (plyo, tabata, and a whole lot more).

    Cut your sweets, do not drink soft drinks, if you can eat less carbs the better. Now to answer your rice sub, I am assuming you are referring to white rice, you can use brown rice. If wadon jud nimo ang rice, go for oats, whole wheat breads, potato, kamote, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, green veggies.

    Cutting is a painstaking task, butas the saying goes, "No pain, No gain!"

    maojod.. hehe im eating kamote banana apple fish ug gulay.. busog ko permi kana ra ako kinaon.. pro murag bug.at ako paminaw sa kamote ky dugay ko gutomon.. haha murag bug.at ghapon ko.. even though ga gym ko evryday

    Gamit ug MyfitnessPal nga app.. its purely effective. Nakadepende mn sd imung daily calorie intake sa imung current weight ug height. Bcn d.i mubo kaayu ka dayun imong kinaon kay pareho sa kinaon sa gadiet nga taason mga tao. Nakadepende sd na sa imung body type. Naa may uban nga hinay ug metabolism, uban sd kay paspas.

    unya.. ayaw gyd pagutom... 4-6 small meals everyday... para ang imung digestive system cge mag.dagan.. kung cge na mag.dagan, cge sd na siya mokuha ug calorie as energy gkan sa imung gpangkaon...

    take note sad sa imong macro.. bcn puro carbs imung gkaon, bcn nalimut ka sa protein ug good fats. Pagkat.on sd ug basa sa mga nutrition facts sa mga imong gpangkaon.. and instead mag rice ka, oatmeal, whole wheat bread ug patatas may maayo kaayu(all leafy vegetables sd)..

    talking about exercise, cardio is a must.(suggest nako kay high-intense para paspas mo beat imung heart kung dili kaya paglow lng)..
    lifting is also good for toning and forming muscle physique sa imung lawas...

    avoid stress then take sad ug vitamins c or multi-vitamins... since gamay nmn imong calorie intake ana... expect ka nga maluya ka sa sugod pero maanad ra ka..

    Sugar is a super NO NO... esp. White bread, donut, ice cream, cookies, and softdrinks (bsag ang diet soda)...

    Then dapat naa kay cheat day (bsag 2 meals a month)

    And last but not the least... DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! AT LEAST 8 GLASSES A DAY

    my alternative to rice? first it was oatmeal & I hated it. Then I discovered, rolled oats. Ako siya pahubsan og water ig luto, lami siya. Unya samot kalami if naa saging. Mora na pud ni siya og rice nako kay mingawon ko og rolled oats if di ko kakaon niya.

    carbo is needed by our body. you need to eat the right proportion of fiber+ enzymes, protein and carbohydrate.

    tapos, as much as possiblt, don't take any acidic beverages. Kung afford alkaline water, go for it. Acidic ang purified.

    I recommend kamote instead of rice, my roommate tried it and niwork jud. Ang ako is mais nga rice instead of humay.
