    ang sick leave is convertible ba? murag dile man...in our company only the vac leave if unused...anyway the campany maybe has the reason ana ts basin nag lisod pod ang campany ninyo bro tagai usa ug another chance.
    kunting tiis lng TS...be thankful nga duna moy benefits nga ingun ana ky dile tanan company baya makahatag ana.

    i-follow up lng ninyo pirme, at least aware sila nsa management nga nagkinhanglan pod mo.

    Ang sick leave is mandatory convertible to cash but sadly wala gisulti sa balaod kanus-a kinahanglan ihatag sa employer sa mga trabahante nila. I-follow up pirme inyong payroll department.
