ME 3 YEARS AGO. The KIM JONG IL
Ako weight about 160 - 170 plus lbs. Mao ni result sa ako sedentiary lifestyle (Sitting in front of a computer all day)
Mga 6 months ago nag sugod na gyud ko mag serious sa akong weight loss. To this day I still spend most of the day sitting in front of a computer but I make up for it by diet and spending at least 20 minutes of intense workout. So far I lost about 30+ lbs.
Exercise: I alternate between doing Jillian Michael's '30 day shred' workout video and jogging at the track each day of the week.
Diet: I limited my diet to about 1300 calories, 100g carbs
I mostly comsume Milk/coffee + Oats during breakfast, Lean meats like chicken fish at lunch, Veggies and fruits for dinner.
