What's the going rate right now for a non-stay-in family driver?

Shuttling kids to-and-from school (early morning to early afternoon), wife to-and-from work (late morning to early evening) and myself to-and-from work (early eveving to early morning) is getting to be a challenge when we only have 1 car.

So we're thinking of hiring a driver in the neighborhood. Not stay-in. Just comes to pick us up and then drives to-and-from destinations and goes home every night.

What's the going rate for these nowadays?
