Need help for enlightenment.

Ako MULTICAB ako giparemodel (design/color) this year but last registration niya is September 2010 pa. Ask ko pila kaha possible mabayaran nako inig register this year?

I read from their site:

4. How much is the fine for a late registration?
There is a weekly fine for late registration of Php200.00. And for a month delayed of payment, the fine shall become 50% of the MVUC.

Need help para pagsabot kay 5 ka tuig baya ang delayed...
