Here's my personal favorite: THE MOJITO



Ingredients:
3 fresh mint sprigs
2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 1/2 oz light rum
club soda

In a tall thin glass, crush part of the mint with a fork to coat the inside. Add the sugar and lime juice and stir thoroughly. Top with ice. Add rum and mix. Top off with *chilled* club soda (or seltzer). Add a lime slice and the remaining mint, and serve.

THE LONG ISLAND ICED TEA



Ingredients:
1 part vodka
1 part tequila
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®

Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

ive made my kamikaze WEIRD version during my bday party last nov sa blue reef. it came by an accident after i watched the examples off youtube. basically, i just made use of what i remembered kay wla man ko listahan.

in a 1 L pitcher add

1.5 part vodkha
1 part gin
0.75 part lime juice
1 pack litro pack juice. pref grapes kay lami - dli luod
bunch of ice cylinders to fill the pitcher - crushed ice if you have em is much better.

the taste was GREAT and its harder than the one offered in mango2 behind east west.

me and my friends who partied, loved it. was able to make 4liters of the cocktail with just 750ml vodkha and 1L gin on hand. 1 small island lime bottle

the beer got ignored! LOL

club soda is soda water,example is that is Schwepps.Soda is used to stain the mix,like cola,lemonade.

triple sec is an orange liqueur,they taste the same as Cointreu but have different aroma.

i visited a cocktail school in Europe for about 3 months.i know about 25-30 cocktail mixes.been mixing my own cocktails if ganahn ko mo inom.my fave drink is caipirinha,a brazilian national drink which is rare mabuy diri sa bars sa cebu.i tasted once sa Cafe Ecila sa IT which was a crap mix.theyre using lemonsito instead of lime wedge and white rum instead of cachaça.anyway, if you guys interested on the basic of cocktail mixing,ill love to share sa ako nahibaw-an.

vodka martini,dali ra man kau na....a dash of dry vermouth unya 100 ml of vodka then drop a thin slice of lemon apil ang panit.(dapat chilled ang vodka ug ang martini glass para lami jud siya)...then serve.

anyway, this is a classic one and very simple.dghan au mga mixes of diff kinds of martini.


here a very delicious mix of vodka and very cheap.

vodka-cranberry mix

one is to one ra ni tanan ang mix.vodka- tosca or kanang red ang color nga tag 60 plus ang 750 ml.then cranberry juice(kana sa savemore it will cost you 40 pesos a liter and grapefruit juice (40 pesos).mix lang nimo vodka,then cranberry,then topped with grapefruit juice.then lime wedge for the aroma.

(one is to one mix - vodka 100ml,cran 100ml,grapefruit 100ml...)
