Anyobody seen this series.

Its a very interesting show where the author/host (a former
athiest) discusses that teachings of Science and the Bible are co-related and
not against each other.

it shows a debate between the athiestic view of no beggining where everything
is as it is and the teaching of
the Bible where there is a beggining that GOD made the heavens, the universe and
the earth.
Also scientific proofs of the universe that GOD does exist.

its an Extremely interesting documentary.

its pointless. never seen it but topics like these can never be proven, no matter how or what. its best not to think about these things for awhile and worry more about having a good life. ehehhe.

Well. The question whether God exist is right up there with what's the purpose of life.

=) I dunno, but everytime I see those two topics, I'm always reminded of Adam Douglas' Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galazy.

Speaking of documentaries, the National Geographic Channel documentary about "Scientific Adam" and Discovery Channel's "The Real Eve" are very interesting. In nutshell, about 90000 years ago, there was a guy who really is the ancestor of all men alive today. As for the ancestress of all women, she lived about 130-150k years ago.

The really scary part was about the supervolcano in Indonesia that erupted about ?90k? years ago. Nearly wiped out humanity except for a couple thousand in Africa.

Topics like these are of utmost significance. True, the existence of God cannot be absolutely proven. There are proofs, but not absolute proofs. If there were absolute proofs, what room would there be for faith?

However, documentaries like these show how far reasonable it is to believe that God exists instead of unbelief. It presents more proofs for the existence of God in the present-day discoveries of modern science, thus increasing the number of evidences for the case of belief that has far outnumbered the number of evidences for the opposite.
