We ranked no. 14th in fortune 500 companies for year 2014 and our company continues to expand both both Manila and Cebu sites. We are located @ Calyx Bldg. IT Park Lahug and in Cebu we started last year and we continued to expand and in fact for our department alone aims to end this year @ 250 headcounts and there are several departments who are also hiring so we really need a lot of applicants who have call center experience of at least 6 months regardless if you're from customer service or technical support representative but if you have a health care support background then it's a plus. Our deparment is looking for 90 Resolution Specialist and the training class will start 1st week of May and as early as now, we are accepting applicants.
