This list has been very useful for helping me discover new Filipino music. For so long I thought OPM was "dead" with most signed bands/artists doing covers to be palatable to the masses, but I did not know the independent music scene was this HEALTHY. Ubay2x pud ang quality diri bai. Ang Animal -este- Ransom Collective o galibog ko giunsa. Ug asa pud kaha ni nga mga studios ga record ning mga bandaha kay nindot naman kaayo ug production.

re the noise:
Uso2x mana karon. Ginatawag nga "noise/dark ambient". Di pd kaayo na nako type nga genre pero at least melodic ang kana kang Sleepersecond. Amused lang ko nga naa nay gatrip ug ingon ana diri sa pinas. Hehe

Nindot pud ni ang KaapiN – Melusina. Super chill triphop. Naa pay pakapin nga Pinoy animation (medyo obsessed with phalluses and vaginas) but nonetheless impressive.
