it can happen to any manufacturer. before, we at dell ordered a few hundred batteries from sony. sony accidentally sent us the wrong battery. after a few sales we had we found out that some customers encounter batteries that exploded. we made an inquiry to sony. after their investigation, they found out that they sent us the wrong batteries thus we had to recall all the batteries and replace them with the correct one. well, sony took the fall and paid all the damages and expenses. so, you see that laptop makers don't actually make laptops they just assemble it from part that are made by other manufacturers.

Kay ang naka butang didto kay, if mag use ka sa imong laptop, it is the best to use the ac adopter not the battery...

ako man gud, almost 24/7 ko ga gamit sa akong laptop, wala'y off2x...

Do I need to get the battery and just use the ac adopter
