TABANG--- USB to ethernet adapter problem!

Device: Fujitsu Laptop UH552
OS: windows 8.1
Status: a. if using Wi-Fi working well.
b. if using usb 2.0 fast ethernet adapter (brand name/model: KY-RD9700), can't browse the internet but skype is working.

Error Shown (in the browser, GCHROME): ERROR CODE: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET
Action Taken: 1. uninstall and reinstall/updated the driver, not solved.
2. gibutangan na ug preferred dns server ug alternate dns server, not solved.
3. tried to type http://www.amazon.com walay ning gawas nga page. but i tried typing it's ip
address naay nigawas pro dili full page.

mga sir tabang basin naa moy idea ani nga solution. TIA.

Have you tested that usb to other pc or laptop to know if its working or not?

sa katong fujitsu nga laptop which has no LAN port detected man, connected man (LAN icon). pro sa ubang laptop which has LAN port dili man sya madetect.

unsay inyong tan aw ani sir. ang usb to ethernet adapter ba ang may deperensya? or naa problema sa OS, need some update? sakit na akong ulo ani gipulawan na gud nako wah gihapon masolbad.

Boss, try daw the following:

1-- open og DOS Command pannel nya i-release-renew-flushdns.
And see if it works. If it worked, no need to go through #2 & #3

2-- Make sure pod nga sa imong Browser, wala ka naggamit og Proxy IP's.
If naa'y nakabutang on the Proxy Server, delete it. I-[[]auto detect[/i] lang ang settings.
If wala proxy and if auto-detect na ang settings, try #3

3-- Butangi og DNS sa imong ISP diha sa imong TCP/IPv4 sa imong LAN adapater.
Kana ganing portion nga naay Preferred DNS og Alternative DNS.

sa mga laptop nga naay lan port, disable first ang iyang lan tru the bios before plugging & using ur usb ethernet.
