    I am looking for someone who can code / develop web scrapers using any of the following technologies:

    Scrapy | A Fast and Powerful Scraping and Web Crawling Framework
    PhantomJS | PhantomJS
    https://github.com/FriendsOfPHP/Goutte
    PHP Simple HTML DOM Parser

    or your own way of scraping if any.
