I am selling my Two (2) Units (Joined) in Deca Homes Phase 1, Tungkil, Minglanilla.
> I have broken the wall but just about 2 meter wide so that the two houses can be combined, you can close it out if you wanted.
> These units are FULLY PAID and under my Name
> I have parking space for 2 cars (lawn)
> LOT AREA: 54 SQM per Unit therefore a total of 108 sqm that's big already, bigger than some townhouses in the city.

> Doors/Entrance Facing East (para sa mga mutuo og Feng Shui - as this is good direction)
> Pwede nimo i-extend imo balay to the front (as some homeowners did), naa pa kay about 4~5 meters in front of you, just sacrifice the parking since you can park outside safely.
> Selling way way way below Market value (try asking Deca Homes Projects as this kind of units will cost 1.3M approx - bare pa!)
> Reason for Selling? I have a new house in the City.
> You can re-loan this to Pag-Ibig/Bank (kamo na bahala) sa processing. Fully Paid na man ni.
> Our house has the one of best spot (wider road compare to neighbors)

> I am selling this 2 unit for 2.1M NET PRICE. kamo na bahala sa transfer tax, capital gain tax, etc etc. barato ra ni ug mga taxes kay akoy nag process sa second unit when i bought it from my neighbor. suito ko ani. kapoy lang trabahuon. naay mga ahente mu trabaho sa tax, pero mupatong lagi, ako ray lihok ato tanan sauna, i can guide you though. 45K TOTAL ra tanan ako nagasto before sa Docs, Transfer Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Registry of deeds, sa one unit ra to ha. so multiply lang nimo ug 2.
> IF Staggard, then we can negotiate but in my terms, we can work on the details kay daghan posibilidad sa terms, but I WONT TRANSFER the TITLE until FULLY PAID, to make sure i can't get fooled.
