Hello peepol.

Just wanna ask, does your company have an alternative way so that your Taxed Salary dili "Kuwang".

Other than 13 month, Bonuses etc. Unsay lain paagi sa inyoha?

Example: ma free lunch mo, free allowance etc....

Katong mga under "De Minimis Benefits" - dili taxable.

Under FAQ # 5.

Note:
Kanang mga non-taxable benefits, naa na sila'y ceiling. Pero ang amount in excess of the ceiling is taxable.
Ang drawback ani nga benefits is -- dili ni siya mahimong part sa imong 13th month pay (depende sa company).
