need help system random reboot

processor : intel i5 2500k
motherboard : gigabyte z68ma-d2h-b3
RAM : corsair vengeance 1866 4x2gb
video card: MSI gtx 970 gaming
HDD : scandisk 120gb SSD
Powersupply : silverstone 850w gold

this is how it happen
ok pani siya b4 gamit sa akong gtx 670 video card
then I sold my gtx 670 to my friend and let him barrow my PSU silverstone 850w
kay nag exchange sa mi og PSU temporary
then gamit nako iyang PSU nga generic 600w
then install the generic 600w PSU with overclocked processor (built in video card na akong gamit ani)
diri na nag start ang problem
then akong gi balik sa normal speed ang akong processor and normal voltage
then nawala rapud ang problem, using it for 5 months
then nibalik nasad ang problem (still using the normal speed and voltage of the processor)
then I concluded nga naguba na ang generic 600w PSU
then nipalit ko og new silverstone 850w gold
then the problem is the same
then akong gipa troubleshot sa repair shop, and they concluded nga naguba akong built-in GPU
then I decided mo palit nalang og new one (gtx 970)
after installing the new PSU (silverstone 850w gold) and the video card (gtx 970)
and overclocked my system again.
running a benchmark and playing heavy games with no issue
then sa browsing og playing movies and streaming video rajud maboang
then gi try pud nako og test akong RAM gamit og memtest86 with no errors (one test only)

update
reformated 2 times, updated driver, issue still the same
virus scanned using avast no virus found

load default BIOS settings daw migo....
kung mao ra gihapon...my suggestion is to freshly reformat your system...huwat ta sa fellow istoryans dre unsa ilang ikasugyot...

gamit ka ug extension cable sa imo psu ?
check pud daw imo 8pins connector sa mobo.

try reseating your procie. make sure the motherboard is not stressed too much by the hsf being excessively tight. also update the mb with the latest bios.

Nway back to the topic.
@kel2985 try daw ilis ug PSU.. but I doubt imu MB na blema ana.. bcn sa ako sa duda, sugod nga start ka ug gamit ug generic, diha na xa nag-start.. nway try sa ug troubleshoot.. update daw BIOS sa imu board.. unya f mao ra japon.. If in case naa kay extra MB dha nga mosakar sa imu CPU, try daw gamit..

Update us kong nausa na.. pra maka-help pa nmu..

nag sugod nani nga issue katong ni gamit pako og build-in gpu
mao akong gi palitan og video card
last night I reformatted and freshly installed windows
installed all the latest driver except I did not install the realtek built-in lan card driver
disabled it on device manager and remove the lan cable
ako pud gi tangtang ang usb extension and sound jack extension sa casing
og tangtang pud ang motherboard speaker
played and watching one movie with no issue come out
gi obserbahan pa nako ingon ani

naa pud ko duda ang board ang guba ani

tingalig faulty ang chip sa LAN.idisable lang sa bios then pangita ug pci lan card.

IMHO, The problem is in your MOBO. By the time you send your system unit to a repair shop and concluded that your built-in VGA is already defective, that means everything. All I/O devices, including VGA display were all connected to your North/South Bridge Chip set. In short, problemado na emung MOBO.
